Community Requirements:
- All prospective tenants must pay a $25 application fee
- Homes must be 20 years old or newer. A photo of the home may be required with your application.
- Two pets under 75lbs are allowed per household. Breed restrictions apply.
- Pet fee(s) of $35 per pet per month will apply
- A complete list of community rules and guidelines will be shared upon application.
- Security Deposit: $500
